Another Walnut Hill pup...and new photos
Another Walnut Hill pup...and new photos
In feeding our gsp addiction, we travelled to Georgia to pick up our latest addition on Friday. We were met with great hospitality and got to spend some time visiting with Rick & Brenda, the litter of pups, and viewing some of their other great dogs. Wish I'd gotten to meet some of the other littermate folks, but it's great that we can converse and swap photos here, thanks to GDF.
Our pup comes from the Fritz x Izzy breeding too, like the other recent postings, and will be named Snip's Bring It On Brandy. Brandy was a sweetie on the way home, but has quickly come out of that. We arrived home at 2:30 am in the morning on Saturday, and left 5 short hours later for our NAVHDA training day. I wondered if she was too young to take and might be overwhelmed or intimidated by all the other dogs. No way! She is 10 feet tall and bullet proof--in a matter of speaking. Everyone loved her and commented on how pretty and bold she is. She did not appreciate her crate time though, and let everyone the next field over hear about it. She is fitting right in at home too, and has found a playmate in my girl Roxi. So here are some photos from Saturday. Denise
Show off!
Comtemplating the water.
Coming out after diving in after Roxi.
Gotta give Roxi some glory too.

Beautiful girl with no fear either. I like it. Look at that set of legs on Roxi too. I bet she can really stretch it out.

Re: Another Walnut Hill pup...new photos
Thanks for all the kind words. I've made a photo slideshow, as I took several more photos of Brandi this weekend. First few are repeats of the photo post above, but there are 20+ new ones. Today it was fishing at a relatives farm pond, for father's day. She took to the shallow water on her own, and thought the stringy algea was quite fun. Oh, and Brandy became Brandi, as my husband informed me it has to match Roxi. Denise

I would love to see some photos of her.wfkgsps wrote:Good lookin' little pup. Congrats and enjoy...Brenda's doing it right down there. I've got a female out of the first Fritz x Izzy litter and we love her!
Told you I was gonna bring down the server, with all the photos I'd post. This is just the beginning.for some reason the words disappeared off that one on my putor once the slideshow fully loaded
I'll try to remember the compliments on her, when she's pottying on the floor, biting my pant leg, pulling leaves off the hostas, playing keep a away with a horse turd in her mouth, finishing off my cheap vinyl ottoman, stealing potatoes and onions off my dry storage shelf in the kitchen... I think running after her is my new diet plan. Aren't puppies fun?
Re: Another Walnut Hill pup...and new photos
She looks like a lot of fun there. You can see the intelligence and the fire that she has in her.
Congrats on her Denise!!

Thanks wfkgsps for posting the photo. She's lovely. It's been great to see photos of the previous Fritz/Izzy litter, to see what the current litter might develop into. Denise
