Purina has announced new glycogen supplement bars. From what I had read, I thougth they would be available by now. But they dont seem to be out there yet. I saw an article somewhere that said Peyton Manning was on a TV ad for the bars. The issue I have with the Pro Plan line is that the big stores (Pet Smart & Petco) are the only retailers of their stuff in my area and they dont carry a full line of products nor will they special order. So its the same as if I lived in Two Guns AZ ... online.

The attachments below are what I've found on glycogen replenishment over the past few years. I current use Elements Nutrition "R" for glycogen replenishment post exercise/hunting.
