Policy and law will not stop people from conducting themselves in a manner that others find offensive. It makes no sense to glorify things in public that the masses will find distasteful...there will never be a popular vote for clubbing baby seals.

Well Look what state is doing this?
One part of me misses California..there are some beautiful places there But to bad it is lead by life sucking leeches that will tax a turd if they could find a way to monitor that also
