using the " quote" feature

Is it just me or is anyone else having trouble with the quote feature not working correctly. used to be when I go to click on 'quote' on someones post then preview it, it would show who the quote was from, then the text highlighted. Now it just puts the word 'quote' and member your quoting in brackets followed by whatever is in the post. (see below).

delete the ="name" part and it will work fine. The first tag should be nothing but <quote> but replace the <> with the PhP square brackets.

Yah I see that it will work that way but.... what happened to the old way it was much easier, and also listed who you were quoting, such as Chaingang wrote: and below this was the text highlighted. Try clicking on quote on my post then preview it see what you get.

This has worked before here, and most forums are set up this way also. Just curious.

Turn off "Always allow HTML" in your profile. (set it to no)
Should fix the problem.

Hey thanks Virgil, that seems to have done the trick.

Sometimes you need to convert images or pictures to vector format. There are a lot of tools out there, but most of them are stupid, they claim that they can convert everything and in fact it just doesn't work. The right thing is to find a real specialist who will do the job fast and not damage your image or picture. I found one such service which is called convert png to vector illustrator. Their work is very professional, they don't lie and harm your images, and their prices are really low.
