Mason Dixon GSPC will be hosting a Walking Field Trial in cooperation with the Northern VA. Brittany Club's Hunt Test on March 31st, with the NVBC Hunt Test to be held on April 1st. Located at McKee Beshers WMA in Poolesville, MD.
A great opportunity to come out on Saturday and take part in or ride gallery in the Trial and then come back on Sunday and run through a Hunt Test. All are welcome and encouraged to join us.
Walking Stakes for Mason Dixon will include Open Puppy, Open Derby and Open Gun Dog.
All Stakes will be single course without bird field except Open Puppy, which may run on a second course if required. NO Retrieving Stakes. No horseback handling.
A blank cartridge will be fired in Open Puppy at the discretion of the handlers. Shotguns with blank cartridges permitted.
Pen raised quail will be released in all stakes.
Breakfast and lunch will be available, catered by “SMOKING' RAY'S BARBEQUE”.
