NGSPA Prairie Chicken Championship

The chicken championship starts today with 52 entries. Only 4 braces will be run today because of the heat. Tomorrow will go with 3 and 3. Should be done by Friday. One day of OAA and then on Sunday the ASD should start. Everything could change because of weather. Good luck to all.

Do you have a running order ? Thats a nice championship with 52 dogs in the open.

Opal/owners James and Sara Messer won the Chicken Championship, Trey[/b][/u]/Brooks and Mary Carmichael was runner up. I was not able to be there because I tore my ACL up at the Sharptail Championship but I was there in spirit.

Just found out 28 dogs drawn for the ASD. Will start this afternoon. Do not have the bracing as yet.

Just an added note Mike Patrick had to scratch his dog Angel out of the ASD and is heading back home to Colorado to access the damage. There was extensive damage to homes in the area where he lives. Let us hope for the best.
