So who is the Rabidou character???? Has anyone checked him out????? Is he qualified to judge a good bird dog???????? Reminds me of these replacement refs that the NFL has been using. Probably some last minute hack that raises goats or something.

OK.......OK.....stop the PMs. I was only kidding. :D :D I just got off the phone with John Rabidou and passed along how much that you all love him. I told him that he could expect a monument built in his honor at the Bechtel ranch upon his arrival! He was embarrassed by the outpouring of support by the forum membership and could not quit laughing.
Let's see how many people will pass along to him that some fat Okie named Karl Beatty was slandering his good name. I am sure you will be blessed with at least one good story in return. Enjoy Nationals.......Kansas is lovely this time of year!

Karl,

What's behind those words "be still and know"? John has a dog named with them.

The passage is from the Bible ( be still and know that I am with you).

Psalm 46:10 starts out by saying that God said "Be still and know that I am God"

John names his dogs Uodibar's (fill in the blank) and his horses and ranch are known by the brand UD-. He has hats made with that brand on the front and the words "Be still and know......" embroidered on the back. I knew that this was a passage from the bible and asked him once if he knew the end of the passage and if he was implying something. LOL I received a crooked grin and some sort of teflon mysterious comment.
I enjoy teasing John and spending time with him. He has forgotten more about dogs and horses than I will ever know.

I am very excited as this is the first time I have a dog running at Eureka. Mac is being run by Dan Dimambro. On a side note, Dan just finished Mac this weekend at the Fort Dearborn GSP trial! He is now a FC!

No chance, with my work schedule, but I would dearly love to see AA # 24 go. Brother on one side and uncle on the other to my mutt.

Good luck to all; hope El Nino leaves you alone.
