The Iowa Brittany Club's AKC Licensed Fall Hunt Test will be held on Saturday, October 13th and Sunday, October 14th, 2012 at the Steelclay Shooting Sports LLC facility in Eddyville, Iowa (just south of Oskaloosa, Iowa). All stakes are open to all AKC registered pointing breeds. Entries close Wednesday, October 10th, 2012.
For those of you who already have a Junior Hunter (JH), Senior Hunter (SH), or Master Hunter (MH) title on your dog, you can now earn an Advanced title in all three levels via the AKC's expanded Hunt Test program. Call or email me for more information!
The Hunt Test premium for this event is available on the Iowa Brittany Club website under "Events" (iowabrittanyclub.com), the American Brittany Club website under "Club Premiums" (clubs.akc.org/brit/) and the AKC website under "Events".
Mark your calendar for October 13th and 14th and get your entries in early! Steelclay Shooting Sports also offers sporting clays, trap, and skeet as well as rifle and pistol ranges. Bring your dogs for the Hunt Test, your guns for some fun and a "tune up" before hunting season, and plan on a great time with fellow bird dog enthusiasts!
