WOO HOO Two in a Row

Post by Crl » Fri Sep 26, 2008 10:42 am

I just received a call from Dennis at the NGSPA Hungarian Championship. Linns Windwalker Abbie (my baby) has won the AA championship for the second straight year. The runner up was Griz run by Eldon Hongo.

My only question is, 'Do they make a hat in size 9 as you will surely have the "big head" at this point.

Clark, I think that is wonderful, congratulations.

Congrats Clark! I watched her last week in the Region 8. I have to do a double take occasionally when looking at Dennis' string as Abbie is almost the same size, body-style and markings as Sunny.

That is awesome! Congratulations! I guess you will have to change your website where it says she is a big gun dog now that she is winning NGSPA All Age championships!!!! Sounds like an incredible dog!

Derby was supposed to end last night with the draws for OSD which was scheduled to start this morning. If anyone hears anything, keep us posted.

Hey Jerry,

To be honest I am more relieved than needing a bigger hat. I told Dennis while we were at the Eastern IA trial that I was letting him take Abbie west and then I was going to evaluate what to do with Abbie next. We had a terrible spring and fall trial season. No placements, poor performances etc. I think Dennis does this to me just to keep himself on my payroll. :D

Anyway I am seriously considering retiring Abbie and focusing on one of her offspring from the Cooper breeding in 2007. I am considering breeding either Abbie or Sadie this winter. Who know maybe I need to drive my wife nuts with 2 litters this winter. Lots of questions on our trialing future at this time with Abbie.
