There are 8 one hour courses, or 16 1/2 hour courses. Each course is only run once per day. Some clubs run puppies and derbys on an area called the set down area I haven't been there. I am talking about the main courses. Clubs do not put out birds. The state has a early release program. They establish 20 coveys of 25 birds on each course. I have only been there 3 times but I have never seen a find very far off of the path. I have talked to some and we feel that the birds stay near the trail because of the feeding procedure. The ground is very sandy. If I missed something just ask.
There are stalls and kennels.

I think he's asking *where* the field trial grounds are. Like directions from Hoffman or some other known landmark.

Can't be much help because we used a GPS for the last two trips. I know it is off of Derby Rd. or Highway 1 . The address we used for the GPS was 2995 N. US Highway 1 . When I got real close I reconized the roads and just drove in.

Did you run Lacey? Or just go and watch?
