Not that I'm aware of ...a lot of people hit the underpasses of highways at night with long nets and get them that way. Checking with local farmers is always an option, too. Often times, there are a lot of birds in/on the silos that can be caught/trapped.

You could run down the street here in Atlanta, GA and catch a mess of them hahahaha
