Got out the quail and planted a few for Rocky. He didn't seem to want to point until I reached the checkcord. Once I did he locked up. It was weird and I was confused, but he stayed on point like that for a few minutes. The quail aren't the best flyers though.

Hard to take those pictures and work the dog at the same tiem ain't it? They turned out great and the pup is lookin' good.

Yeah it definately is tough. The bad thing now is that there is 10 inches of snow on top of that grass now
