Bird Dog Training Lease in DFW area

I am about to move to the DFW area from Arizona. Can anyone point me into a direction of a bird dog training lease? I want to steer away from a preserve.

My ultimate goal is to have access to the land and ability to purchase birds, and train on my own.

Is this possible?

There's a training ground out in Anna (near Plano) but that's it except for wildlife MGMT areas.

Scatterguns Gamebird Preserve & Kennels

We have over 300 acres that we have developed into ideal hunting for the
elusive bobwhite quail. We are located several miles west of Ennis, TX
which is just south of Dallas, TX.

I occasionally train there and have done private hunt there with kids. All had a blast

You can go and do your own training or get together with others and train. There are pigeons and johnny houses to use, along with some remote training traps. Great for getting dog going in the right direction.
You can do a hunt if you want just to have more fun.
