Ronnie Smith Foundation class

Post by Mntngoat » Mon Mar 13, 2006 10:43 am

If anyone has not had the chance to get there pup into this class, I'd recommend it. Just got back from the founfdation class this weekend. and it's excellant. Rex is still a bit too young to be doing some of the work demonstrated in the class but he got lots of bird exposure and is showing great promise for the future.

First few times out he picked up the scent, stopped, and pointed, to the applause of the other people there. Later he was backing other dogs points.

I couldn't believe it. Do I sound like a proud papa or what.
We couldn't be happier with this little guy!

The Huntsmith foundation seminars are AWESOME I have done the Rick Smith one and am hosting another next year in MArch 2007 with an intermediate right after I already have 3 people coming for part 2...

But I recommend anyone to go to the foundation...you'll get more the 350.00 bucks worth of information..... it is priceless

Just looked at the date again. I was planning on attending a hunt test in Colorado that weekend. Now I don't know what I will do. Anyone in Colo know if there is going to be a hunt test is Strasburg April 29 & 30? AKC web site says there will be, but the guy I contacted said they didn't have any planned yet. Also is that 350 a dog?

Michael,
Did you attend the class that was held down here in San Diego county? I wanted to go but I couldn't get the wife to buy into it. Next year without a doubt, i'm there.
