Puppy pointing can't be prouder :)
Hey guys just wanted to post a video of my pup pointing. He's 5 months old now and I think he's doing good for his age. What do you guys think ?

That's a good start.
Bring him across the scent at 90° to the wind, a little down wind of the bird. the sudden strong scent will likely stop him solid.

Nice looking dog , just keep in mind You are allowing the dog to creep, so basically you are training the dog to creep. Have someone holding the check-cord next time and always work in cross wind to the bird as was previously posted. Also do not command whoa if the dog is not going to respond positively on your first command. It will lose its meaning to the dog if the dog can blow you off with no consequence . Not that i'm saying you should be correcting the dog at this point you should be just teaching the dog what it is you want. If the dog can not move forward he can not make a mistake and therefore will not need a correction.

Looks good. Just remember whoa is taught in the yard not on birds
