Interceptor troubles

I treat all our dogs with monthly Interceptor, but recently some of them have had bouts of roundworms despite this protection. Nemex 2 knocks it right out, though. Anyone else had troubles or any ideas as to what could be the trouble?

might have a bad batch of it, as it is supposed to treat for roundworms as well as several others. i would take it back to my vet and get another box!!
