Vaccine reaction?

My dogs were vaccinated and wormed Fri morning. My 6 year old lab was given a 6 way vaccine. Standard protocol I am sure but every day since she has vommited at least once each day (3 days). Each incident was sudden and were on an empty stomach.

I asked my vet and he seems to think since it is just once a day she is having an upset stomach so he recommended an antacid.

I dont know anything about vaccines but does this sound like a reaction to the shot? Is there other options to keep her from vomiting. Why would she have reacted to this shot?

Any and all help/advise would be great

None that I can tell about since I spent the whole day at work and wasnt able to confine her to a small area (she stays in a large yard that is covered with snow). I will keep an eye on her for the next few days and see if happens again if not than I was probably over reacting.

Perhaps it was the wormer that is the problem. Especially if worms were there.
