flea and tick treatment

Post by JasonM » Fri Feb 11, 2011 11:30 am

my cousin just bought some Sentry (red box) flea and tick treatment (topical), anyone use it or have any experiences with it. With the recent pay cut, inflation etc its time to switch to a more economical solution compared to the big name stuff. I know you get what you pay for but there has to be some less expensive alternative.

thanks
Jason

I would rather cut costs with the heartworm side of the equation by using the horse paste. I am concerned with these products other than Frontline and Advantix.

We don't use flea and tick treatment unless we find fleas and ticks on our dogs, which is very rare. Then we use Advantix until the problem is gone.

I've always used frontline.
