Hi all! I just wanted to get some opinions on what you all think about the Spartan SxS. I've got one (210 model, in 16ga) and after I made some modifications (after market chokes and re-finishing the stock). I really like this gun. A bit heavy, but it sure shots well and it's built like a brick S-house.
As I said just wanted toget some thoughts on what you all think.
Take care and God Bless!!!!

I have the Baikal also in 12 ga with 24" barrels. I really like it and it fits me. I would rather have the 20 ga. but I bought it used (like new) for $200. If anyone has a 20 and needs a 12, let me know.

Yes, my feeling as well. I just bought a Bobwhite 20 from them for $549.00. That has to be the best deal on the market period if you don't mind the plain wood and fit. I don't. Shoots like a dream.

I think its best sized up as supply and demand. they are selling lots of them so they raised the price. The reasone they were selling is the were reasonably priced. Not any more. Why cant a company just be happy with making a living? My personal opinion is they raised the price to get more of your tax return. Bastages

I'll buy a sparta now. or a mossberg O/U
