Post by big_fish » Sun Jun 02, 2013 2:37 pm

I have a stf 3000 in a 20 I have been shooting for 5 years with out one problem (except some times the bird doesn't fall but I'm thinking it's not the gun) was thinking of getting an uplander and one have any history with this model?
I will take the dog and not the gun but never the gun without the dog !

When I was shopping for an OU last year, The Stoeger was on the list but I ended up with a Yildiz it was in the ball park for price but not the budget busters that guns whose name start with B tend to be.

The Stoegar felt like a tank to me.

The Uplander is a pretty nice gun a little heavy. The one I had would let both shells go every once and a while not all the time but when you least expect it.

I have a stoeger 8500 which I use or turkey and switch the barrel out for duck. I absolutely love the gun no issues as of yet.
