Syracuse Arms Company Dbl Brl cir. 1900

My brother in law has a 12 gauge "Syracuse Arms" "New Twist" Grade O #13693. Anyone know much about this gun or where he might sell it or trade it? He wants to get a 12 G. semi.
I believe the gun it was manufactured around cir 1900. Looks all original. Stock about 65% Barrels are good shape and no pitting. Blueing is completely worn off the barrels.
