Too bad I'll have to wait almost a week to shoot it!

It feels like it will be a good fit, better than my Silver Pigeon (which my son has claimed for use in his International Trap league.)

Sweet, it sounds like you have a thoughtful and understanding wife, as I do. :D Enjoy !

It is labeled on the bottom of the receiver as J P Sauer & Son Select.

But it is 100% Caesar G.

Caesar G chokes, owner's manual, warranty card, adjustable trigger, etc.

They are a Bass Pro Exclusive, I checked online to see who else, if anyone, sold them. Also was looking to see if anyone had bad experiences with them.

Best part is they are about $1000 less than the low end C.G. labeled models. I can not bring myself to pay extra for fancy engraving or gold inlays. Very good fit and finish, far above my Silver Pigeon. The stock feels even better than my S.P.
Balance is excellent. It mounts more naturally with a much better natural point of aim. I look at a target, close my eyes, mount the gun, and the barrel is pointed right at the target. I'm really looking forward to shooting it this weekend.

Since I already have a Bass Pro card, I had to drive home and get my wife to have her open a new charge card to take advantage of the $150 savings given to new B.P. card accounts. (Of course she will pay it in full in 3 weeks to avoid interest.)

Man you are a lucky dog. Not only a nice gun but a great wife also.
