any one interested- shot gun primers
along with my Mec 600jr reloader came 1,000 CCI 157 primers- I have no use for them
ah this might be the wrong place- should it be moved over to guns and amo
move it if it should be over there- ok

Re: any one interested- shot gun primers
I'm going to go to a pawn shop that supposedly has some reloading stuff-
I've never done this- but I'm going to see if I can pawn them off
problem is I can't send these anywhere- if someone wanted them

If there is a gun shop around, go there and ask what they'd give you for them. Primers can be hard to come by right now. About a year ago, I had to get on a waiting list for rifle primers.

Re: any one interested- shot gun primers
Not sure if this is covered under the same laws as ammo (like shotgus shells, rifel shells, etc.) but Federal Firearms Licensed dealers cannot return ammo once it's left the store - it's a safety thing. The fear is that some nut will bring back reloads or spike a shell with pistol powder and then return it. Unsuspecting buyer would/could be harmed.
So - if primers fall under the same rules (and I'm pretty sure they do) you probably will not be able to sell them to a dealer.
Good luck.

Since they are 157-sized, you'll probably end up just tossing them. They're a different size than 209s. I don't know who would have hulls for them anymore.
