My new Franchi

Post by grant » Tue Mar 15, 2005 7:38 pm

Ok, Lindsay's already been making fun of me. I've been toting the gun around the house like a kid with a new toy. Janet hooked me up with Jim, who then hooked me up with a Franchi 20ga. Thanks Y'all! :D

The gun is a Franchi Veloce o/u 20ga. It was used, but in great condition...

I LOVE it! I wish season was still in!!! I guess I could always kick Greg Jennings tail in some skeet. Or at least pick up some lessons =)

Thanks Janet =), and get Jim on GDF :D

Hi Grant,

I'm sure that I can find something. There is always what used to be Wolf Creek by the Atlanta airport.

Best,

Good looking gun Grant, I used to shoot the FR 12 G. We have a sporting clays course about 5 minutes away. Pigeon Mt Sporting Clays, nice course thru the woods, or 5 stand. Don`t want to shoot beside Greg J tho....

Hey,

Sounds like a road trip to me. Train a little, shoot a little.

Hi Grant,

I really liked your Franchi. I'd hate to shoot 200 targets with it on a hot, sweaty day, but for bird hunting it's the cat's meow.

Best,
