I took the 28 gauge after getting our corn in this weekend and shot a quick box on Sunday. . .what a sweet shooting gun it is, patterns nice with the IC/MOD and I hit the first 10 clays pulling my own. . .for me, that's good.

It is not only a nice addition to my 12 and 20 gauge 503s, but looks to quickly make it in the starting line-up this fall. It is built on a 28 gauge frame. . . by some measurements a .410 frame.
For the price I got this gun for, I would buy another right now. It has two small surface scratches on the stock. . .less than my other two with a few days in the woods. With the Savage Milano selling for over $1250.00 and being the same gun at 1/2 the price I am pretty happy. I have also made calls to the gunsmith in charge of handling all Veronas/I. Rizzini guns and am confident in the customer service.
Here are a couple pics. . .it got too dark out before I decided to take pics, so I went with inside pics. It has a gloss finish that I might change to oil like my others after this grouse season.
