Choke Tubes for Browning?

I have a 20 gauge browning citori 525 and recently I purchased some Prairie Storm 3" 5 shot shells that were on sale and when I patterned the gun I was not getting very good pattens.I shot the full, mod, and IC that came with the gun from the factory. Should I try a better after market choke tube? Or what else can I do? Thanks
