Looks like a great day / super pic. :) Thanks for posting. Wild pheasant are totally gone here in Ontario :( due to farming styles etc.
We still have several game farms we can use though. Are those dogs related?

Hi Sharon. A great way to start the season. I live in a rural suburb of Colorado. 25 years ago there were a lot of pheasants here. All of the farmers sold their land to developers. The habitat is now gone. We have about a 3 hour drive to get at wild birds. Yes. Echo (6) is Josey's (2.5) aunt. Jo is starting to turn into a bird dog. It has taken a while, but we are getting there.
