Any ideas on how the Sharptails and Hun numbers look in Montana this year?

Planning on heading that way with a couple of dogs last week in September and would like to hear a report on how the hatch faired this year.

in the areas we hunt hun numbers are poor, sharptail numbers are good. If you would like more info shoot me a PM.

Numbers are spotty. Nice broods, just "bleep" few of them. It will take a little time to bounce back from what happened the last couple years.

I have hunted the same area the last few years. Last year the numbers were definitely down but still enough to keep it interesting. Just wondering if it has improved any or down from last year.
