How is your dove season going thus far?

Has anybody here limited out on opening day?

How about with no more than one box of shells?

That's 25 shells to the box.

Jon -

I think the question on most folk's minds here on the subject of dove hunting is:

How is YOUR dove season going?

I read where your season started Sept 1. With all the bandwidth you dedicated to dove hunting over the last month or two, I, and I am sure others are wondering...

Did you get out? Tell us all about it.

Does he hunt the hunt or just talk the hunt?

You can draw your own conclusions based on the evidence. For over a month, he peppered this board with questions... some silly, some not, comments... some silly, some not, and proclaimed opinions that were mostly a little off base.

He was, if you read his posts...all gung ho to go dove hunting in Idaho, having intimated that he dove hunted in his previous locale... only to find out he apparently didn't even own a shotgun, much less know how to use one.

I have come to my own conclusion.
