We found a few today

Brad who doesn't post here much anymore and I took this dog in broken, after my dog got hit by a car. He was a little more than gun shy, it took over a year and a bunch of pigeons and work to get him to this point. Really proud of what he did today.

That is awesome. Looks pretty cold in those hills. Congratulations on a successful hunt.
I'd rather live on the side of a mountain, than wander through canyons of concrete and steel.

That's a spectacular day. Must've been a hoot, with some dang fine dog work and shootin'. I'd be proud too...

Are the boots just inner-tube? Do they slip in the snow?

Yeah, vet wrap and old dirt bike innner-tube, they are only slippery on the road, I make sure to heel him when we get to one so he doesn't screw something up. Usually don't use anything but it rained and froze over so had to put a little armor on of he would of been a bloody mess.
