I didn't get to go this year but talked to my group that are there. There are five of them and they shot 15 birds on Saturday. Sunday was very windy and they only managed two birds.

Bird numbers were up from last year. Found 21 birds in about 3.5 hrs. Windy but warm. Hunted Miller area. Wish I could have gone Sunday but could only head out sat.

I hunted the sw by the river and we did great; our group limited every day and we ended up with 51 birds. It was all private land, not a shooting preserve. I moved North for a day and the bird numbers were most definitely down in the North plus there was not a lot of land access.
LIFE WITHOUT BIRD DOGS AND FLY RODS REALLY ISN'T LIFE AT ALL.
