Has anybody had any luck coming across quail in the Shawnee in Illinois. I have been told they have re introduced the quail there and are doing very well.

Have you found anything out about Shawnee? I'm thinking about making a trip down there.

I bow hunt the Shawnee and saw a lot of quail and will be moving up there soon. I currently live in north carolina

Thats encouraging. I live 3 hours north of Shawnee and will plan on checking it out this year.
