Utah Quail

Post by Highland Gundogs » Fri Jan 13, 2012 1:15 am

My brother in law is visiting from Arkansas and wanted to go for a hike and see the pointing dog thing so we went looking for quail in southern Utah. Quail season is over so we only shot a few pics, moved a few coveys in a few hours...

way jealous, I went looking for the gambles one weekend this year. Didn't have any luck. Really wanted to get some up, dogs had a couple of non productive points, so I think I was in the right area. Hopefully next year I will be able to get one.
