Help! Kansas hunting license.

Post by KarlW » Thu Nov 11, 2010 8:43 am

I just went to the Kansas online hunting license page. After filling out all my personal info I was redirected to the page with all the hunting and fishing licenses...except the basic nonresident hunting license, the one you need to hunt pheasant! Am I doing something wrong? Can someone clue me in? The wildlife comm. is closed today (Veteran's Day) but I would like to get this out of the way if possible. Thanks...

Stop by any WalMart on your way, they are open 24/7 and then you can grab a WIHA Atlas while you are there!

just follow the directions, i just went through the process to make sure the site was working since we will be heading out there soon...... everything is working. you may have indicated you are were a resident or something, that might eliminate the nonres licenses. it is license option 108.

ditto on the atlas though, the hard copies are much easier to read then computer prints. if wal-mart is out the court house usually has them.

Problem solved!!!

I had bought a license in January of last season. The license is good to the end of the year. The computer system, being way smarter than me, recognized that I already had a license so it didn't give me an option to buy one!! :D

Ok, a group DUH is in order! (It took my rookie hunting partner to bring this to my attention rubbing further salt in the wounds!)

the store just goes online to buy the licence too... that's the way it is here. Print several when you do buy them in the future.
