Guys,
I posted about 7 years ago when I first got my GSP pup. Many of you gave me advice, and I learned a great deal just by listening. Luigi is was my first pointing dog and I haven't posted much since, but I wanted to share some of our exploits this year. He's been a great dog and we have gotten nearly 500 birds over him so far since he was a pup.
Here is one from last weekend:

This is one where my wife flushed the birds after a nice point. If you look close you can see two birds rise up 3 ft apart and escape on the same trajectory:

Anyway, thanks for watching and especially for all the advice and help.

Re: Upper Peninsula Woodcock
Thanks for coming back and posting. You and your family proves we have accomplishing what we originally set out to do. So many times I begin to wonder when we have people come on and find fault because we don't cater to the trailers and conformation crowd and I admit it is a rather fine line because we need those people also as our instructors. But it is the beginner that we need to support if we are to continue to have a hunting and trapping identity in the future. God Bless

It's not how many breaths you have taken but how many times it has been taken away!
Has anyone noticed common sense isn't very common anymore.
