My first Pointer

Post by Hunter » Wed Oct 02, 2013 7:26 am

After having shorthairs all my life and trialing my buddy got me my first English pointer (CLK'S FIRST EDITION), I think I'm hooked after taking him to a trial in Wisc and winning the open derby at 7 mo of age. He is an Erins Braveheart son and a good one at that. I just may have to get another

I don't know...he looks like one of them white shortneys I see advertised on the for sale page;-)....he is a dandy lokin hound for sure. Do ya still have some bobbies in gour kennel? Good luck with him. That is a nice pedigree behind him.

Erin's Braveheart X Elite Elhew Lexus, looking forward to watching him develop but off to a good start. Yes I still have shorthairs and a pretty good one who will be running in the nationals next week in Eureka Ks.

Not too many dogs look that good standing still, bet he even looks better moving.

I'd hunt or trial behind him!
I have English Pointers because they don't ever grow up either...

Jerry,
Congrats........... you have a dog from great ancestry and he really does look fantastic in the picture.
Who was the breeder of his litter? Good luck in the months ahead!
