I am a lifelong ruffed grouse hunter from Minnesota and I spend about 20 days a year hunting grouse and maybe 5-6 in ND after pheasants (went to school up there and wife is from there). Just wanted to post a quick "hello" as I hope to gain some insight as well as add my own.Here's a few grouse pics from the last year or so. I have an 8 year old female and 4 year old male English Setter. I use a 28 gauge o/u for grouse/woodcock and a Remington 1100 or Browning BPS on Pheasants. I hope to meet other enthusiasts as well as share tips and maybe swap hunts....
