NGSPA Boonville National Championship

Post by Hotpepper » Fri Feb 27, 2009 8:29 pm

Man here is a brag that I have been trying to accomplish for 20 years +.

Hoosier's Rev It Up J R was the runner up today at the allage championship of the NGSPA. He is 32 months old and hopefully has a bright future. To be honest with you it is very hard to restrain my emotions on this one. I have already gotten a couple of calls this evening and man to say that I am excited is an understatement.

A very large tip of the hat to my handler and trainer, Mr. Rich Barber of Outbak Kennels, he and Pat Waresk did an outstanding job I am told. Thanks a lot boys.

It's not how many breaths you have taken but how many times it has been taken away!

Has anyone noticed common sense isn't very common anymore.

Congratulations Jerry! Big feather for your hat.
Who is the sire, dame and the breeder of this fine young dog?

Do you have a website with any pictures on it?

Here is J R website http://cajunkennels.netfirms.com/jr.htm

LB's website http://cajunkennels.netfirms.com/LB.html

Cajun Kennels has there own site and easily located.

Rich Barber of Iowa from Outbak Kennels has his site as well.

Give those a try and see if you can find what you want or send me a PM and I will send you a pedigree.

JR is a very nice looking dog.
It looks like his mother, Casey, has produced alot of winners.
I'm happy for you and wish you the best of luck with your young dog.

Jerry,

John called me Friday evening while I was out in Colorado getting Spot's littermate bred.

It must have killed you not to make the trip!

For you and John ... it's proof ... nice guys don't always finish last! 8)

Congratulations!

The change was easy once I got clued into what to do "again". Getting old and not remembering is awful.

Got the new picture up of the dog. He is really something even if he is mine.

Congrats Jerry. That is great. We ran down Sat. evening for the am. banquet and dog of the year awards for Buck, and saw John and Eldon, was hoping to catch Rich and Joyce and congratulate them as well. That is awesome! Maybe we will catch you at the 5. I know our three will be there with Keith and Robbi, we are hoping to make it up there, but don't know for sure yet! Way to go, nice looking young man you have.
