fathers day gift

Post by larue » Tue Jun 22, 2010 4:01 pm

My brag is my son called me and told me he got all 5's on his review in the air force and was named airman of the month!
3 months till he is home from afganastan,I cannot wait.
I am so proud of his service and how well he is doing in the airforce,hearing his voice from over there was the best gift I could get.

Larue;

Congrats to your son, and also to you for obviously doing a fine job of raising him. Very impressive...

You should be very proud. I hope you will pass my families appreciation to him for his service. We'll pray for a quick, safe three months.

Tell him how much I appreciate what he and the rest of our military do and the sacrifice they have made for the good of all of us. And I know how you feel. Congrats for raising a fine son.

It's not how many breaths you have taken but how many times it has been taken away!

Has anyone noticed common sense isn't very common anymore.
