Just in case his owner is too modest

Post by Tejas » Tue May 05, 2009 7:32 pm

A salute to Happy Hollow's Uodibar Tex on his win in the GSP of Lansing Open Gun Dog stake this past weekend. This was Tex's first entry as a broke dog. Tex's prior trial experience consisted of two runs in puppy stakes in February...the second of which he won. Tex is only fifteen months old and is owned by Dave Quindt.

The big dogs better keep their eye on him and we should as well. I had the privilege of watching him train this winter in Texas and it was obvious he was going to make a name for himself. Congratulations Dave! , he may make you reconsider your Grouse woods plans.

I second that Ken! A big Congrats to Tex & Dave. That is one heck of a pup, and he is starting to burn it up.

It's not how many breaths you have taken but how many times it has been taken away!

Has anyone noticed common sense isn't very common anymore.
