Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

Patty, we are leaving next Wed. heading to WI. I looked at the weather for this week, and it looks snowy.

They are talking snow, first of the season. Not any accumulations though. I thing IL is supposed to get a few inches within the next day or so, but other than that, nothing to fret about. Why don't you pack up some of your warm sunshine and bring it with??? I'd love to have some. :D Are you stopping by Dennis?

We are driving the entire litter up for him to evaluate. My husband is driving back home and I will fly back on the 13th. If you are close, stop by, or give me a shout. I am staying at the Hunt Club.

It's not how many breaths you have taken but how many times it has been taken away!

Has anyone noticed common sense isn't very common anymore.

Well.. got the snow and had to drive 30mph on the interstate to get to my sister's house in Madison, Indiana. A normal three hour drive turned into five. In the end, I didn't even get turkey on Thanksgiving day.

It was worth it though. Instead of turkey, I got a baby niece.

Leah Grace Hamm was born at 2:54, weighed 7 lbs. 4 oz. and was 19" long. She was a Thanksgiving day baby, just like her momma 26 years ago. She was a week early, but heck... what better time to have a baby then when all the family is around? I think I'll be able to get a picture up soon.
