Is anyone hunting? I have been hunting chukar and the dogs show it, they look like tough jerky. They will get a weeks rest while I am in Texas fishing and visiting my daughter. Here is wishing all a merry Christmas and a fantastic New Year. Bill

-20 with 25 mph winds here. Dogs are hiding inside with me. Only thing open still is ducks and geese - they could leave them open till March and it wouldn’t increase harvest any lol.

Merry Christmas all!

Pheasant season (stocked birds) reopened after rifle deer season so we're getting back in the field, been after ducks too as the weather has been playing well for it. Goose is back as of today, going to be busy next week between the water and the field 🤘

Merry Christmas everyone. I'm still hunting but I have to block only because of bad back> We are still getting birds off the Indian rez. We have got 33 so far this year--I've got 1 with my blocking, but I still like to go.

I've attached a couple pictures of guys I go with and their dogs, Jack (ES) & Molly (GS)

Merry Christmas to all! Unfortunately, a combination of the loss of my long-time hunting partner and longtime ace hunting dog set me back a good deal. The double jolt in the last year is a lot to deal with. But I have a new dog -- I'm grateful to her for helping me through these traumas-- and we are working away.

Wishing everybody the best for 2026.

Steve007, sad to read of your recent loss, and thus setback... but very good to read that you have a new K9 companion in your life, may 2026 bring you joy!!
