Having trouble with a pt10 collar so I called up customer service. They were polite and are sending me a replacement.
They have no records of any of the 6 collars and 4 transmitters I have registered with them ?
Perhaps out of warranty drops items?
They have previously sent me a alpha handheld warranty replacement and had no record of any of that?
I told them the 3/4" collar is horrible and asked about other replacements? They replied you pt10 will have a blue collar - which is correct!
Tritronics was so "bleep" good maybe it isnt even fair to compare Garmin to them ?

I had 4 p10 receivers that malfunctioned. Most out of warranty. They replace all of them.no charge.....Cj

Curious what problems?
Mine seemed to have connectivity/ range problems and would go off on movement when in bark collar mode. Actually shocked me while handling.
