Lost Dog

Post by jeff gruennert » Sat May 20, 2017 9:09 pm

My 8 month old English Pointer has gone missing 7 miles north of Ladysmith Wi, off of highway J 1/8 mile south of Silverdale Rd. He is half masked liver and white pointer with a softball sized liver spot on his back. He is wearing 2 orange collars one has his name " Mickey" and my contact info. The other is a orange dogtra 2500 t&b. He is a bit people shy and may not come to you. I have friends in the area posting on Facebook. If found please call Jeff at (608)444-6580 thanks

Good luck.
Did you leave a jacket or some of his bedding near his last know location?

Probably should have stayed at the point you turned him loose. Sometime's take's awhile but they normally come back to that spot if they can.

The dog was found two miles north of my cabin this morning by a turkey hunter. He was tired and hungry but no worse for the wear. Thanks to anyone who saw this and looked.

Congratulations! Winston Churchill had a comment that "Nothing in life is so exhilarating as to be shot at without result." Could be. But finding your lost dog again certainly makes the higher end of the top ten.
