A buddy bought an expensive to us piece of gear from Gun Dog Supply about 6 months ago. It worked for a month or so and went south. He was beyond the GDS 30 day money back guarantee, so to the mfr he went. Five defective replacements later the mfr told him sorry, done.
Last friday we sent GDS an email about what was going on and to get some help with the mfr. Over the weekend I got a email from the owner Steve Snell with instructions for returning the unit for a full refund. It got worked out this morning and the guy took the credit for an upgrade instead.
So a thank you and a shout out to Steve Snell and Stan at Gun Dog Supply for OUTSTANDING customer service beyond what they had to do.

GDS sets the standard for service in the industry and I think they're demeanor is a breath of fresh air in a world gone corporate and beaurocratic. Never ceases to amaze me how fast my orders get to me.
