Re: Crate?
If your looking for a portable I would look at Ruff Tough Kennels.
Re: Crate?
What size kennel will I need for a GSP?
Re: Crate?
Large size is good all around. Example my Remington crates 27" wide x 40" long x 30" high.
Plenty of room.

Re: Crate?
A crate for housebreaking and general home use?
Get the adult size that is recommended but one that comes with the divider to cut the size down when they are pups.
I also like the double-door models so you can move them with having to put the crate in the same direction.
Midwest Crates are easy to find and good enough quality.

Re: Crate?
I have a medium crate for transportation, however large would be recommended for in the house, my male GSP is about 50 pounds and still fits in the medium. I prefer the plastic VariKennel, free shipping through petco occasionally, they are sturdy and some have tie down holes.

intermediate Ruff Tough!
Re: Crate?
not a wire one. The dog wants to feel enclosed/safe.
