Don't think your gonna find one or even a grandson, maybe a great grandson.

Here's a picture of fiddler.

If you don't see it I don't know what to say.... looks like a lot of em. Are we sure that the pointers were bred into shorthairs and now shorthairs into pointers.... some say they do like water. I thought they were more like house cats and tip toed through puddles....... :D

Why the heck would you ever breed a GSP into Pointer blood and call it a Pointer. That would be breeding down, wouldn't it? :P

Kinda like breeding one of the Kardashian sisters to one of the guys from the series Moonshiners or Big Shrimping.

I don't believe that any sons or grandsons of Fiddler are still alive, I can't think of any great grandsons either. If one wanted a strong shot of Fiddler I think you would have to look around and find something linebred back to him.

I think Keith Foreman has some frozen semen out of him. I know he has it out of several Fiddler dogs just not sure which ones.

I know he has Pike Creek Mike frozen semen because he told me he did and there are frozen semen sons of Pike Creek Mike in North Carolina at Brigadoon Kennels. Here is the link. That is going back to what made Fiddler lines and a few other lines as well as good as they were.

TommyBoy, I've been looking everywhere for Keith and couldn't find him. I think the link is incorrect, though. As I understand it, Keith is from Oklahoma and Brigadoon Kennels is out f North Carolina.

Correct Keith is in OK, Tommy posted the kennel out of NC regarding the Pike Creek Mike dogs, not saying Keith was in NC.

Does Keith have a website? Does anyone know how to get ahold of him?

Keith is out of Oklahoma but Pike came from a frozen semen breeding from Keith if I am correct. I also believe that maybe that My T Sharp Bayou dog came from Keith as well. The guy at Brigadoon purchased them from Keith. Keith does not have a website but you could give him a call. He has several breedings he wants to do this spring but is reluctant because of the state of the dog market. He stated to me that he is not really interested in making money off the litters but on the other hand he does not want to be stuck with a bunch of pups that he can't even give away. He is a riot to talk to. Super nice guy. Give him a call I am sure he would love to talk dogs with you.
