So sick n..........

Post by Brushbustin Sporting Dogs » Fri Nov 18, 2011 6:33 pm

Sick n tired of this "I'm better than you BS".

I think there for I know???? This is not how life works. I know because I know, because I've seen! This talk about dogs running 500 yards and can't be productive crap. I have a very nice YOUNG all age dog. When I turn him loose at a trial he runs a huge forward race a generally finds birds. When I take him hunting, yes on wild birds in CRP, he is a freaking bootlicker! I do not run him with an e collar or a tracking collar. I do not hack him I'm actually very quiet with him. I know this cause I have seen it with my own two eyes. He does this!!!!!

Now this whole talk about " well this is better" give me a break!!! Its all different doesn't mean its better. Everyone needs to get off there high horse and quit talkin smack about the others venue. I have my feelings about what I want and what I like, but I am not going to tell you that what you think is stupid, it is merely just what you think.

I do think true all age dogs are athletic freaks kinda like that Bolt guy from Jamaica that can run so fast. He is a freak doesn't mean that someone slower than him is terrible just means they are an average ordinary guy!!! Good or bad who knows and who cares?? We need and have freaks just like dogs need to and have freaks! Its just life.

But seriously I am sick of all the BS going on, Can't we all just get along?!?

Happy hunting however you may go About it!!

Well, I DID put a little smiley face after my post... Nothing against Britts, I have used them at least once when judging an AF trial.

He's hanging out here with me on our first trip to Arkansas ... nothing but stub tails here for him to deal with. Sure is a pretty place.

I have found that there is not one better than the other, each is an individual with his/her own abilities, at times they are better than mine other times they are not. The goal is to learn from each and every expirience life throws at ya. Folks that get in yer face and ruffle up the feathers? well just take em out back and shoot em :) the chianmen will feed em to the hogs...

Oh no that was deadwood...

Nevermind, but I sure did like the whooping Mich put on them huskers :)

Robbie,
As long as we don't have to listen to any more claims of what dogs are "credible"...how you find more birds with big running dogs...how style is only crank and spike tails....and contentions that FT equips dogs for anything from chukar to big water waterfowl to 40 hr bloodtracks......its good with me. I didn't insult anyone's dogs but I do get tired of the contention that FT is the pinnacle of sporting dogdom, nothing else is needed and that anything else is by definition a bootlicker. You didn't say that...but it comes through loud and clear in many statements of others. I have repeatedly said that breeds should be thankful for the folks that are willing to invest the kind of time and money they do in FT. However, after 40+ years in dogs, I am acutely aware that all our games bring compromises.
