American Field Christmas Edition

Post by BrassVols » Tue Dec 21, 2010 10:28 am

This is my first year receiving the AF and honestly had no idea about the Christmas edition. You can imagine my suprise last night when the wifey handed it to me, just doesn't get any better than watching MNF on the frozen tundra while reading this spectacular issue.
Awesome well written stories on HOF dogs and trainers past, along with dog porn of current hot champions and kennels.
Very good stuff!

I'm still anxiously awaiting it's arrival. This must be the latest delivered Christmas issue to be delivered at my home in over six decades. For years it was delivered the first week in December to give subscribers time to order important stuff for Christmas. Maybe the mailman will deliver it today. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Should have seen the Christmas issues from the past! They were twice as thick and had a lot more stories. I finally received mine yesterday and I live in Illinois!

I received BOTH my Christmas issue AND my normal 12/18 issue yesterday. It has certainly gotten smaller over the years; this year's edition has more than 50% fewer pages than the 2000 edition. This medium used here is certainly the leading, but not only, cause.

I have had mine for a week, they used to be bigger and better. Something to look forward is a phrase of the past when referring to the Christmas edition.
