And to think, my wife gets mad when my dog tries to jump on her friends. I guess they should consider themselves lucky.

I hope everyone here understands that an action like that isn't always about procreation, but often times is about dominance. The owner of that dog needs to properly address that situation before it snowballs and gets out of hand.
